William Smith Warden 1850, 1852-55, 1861 Andrew Monteith Warden 1860, 1862-64 Links:   Perth County, Ontario began with the 8 townships Blanshard,   Downie,   Ellice, Fullarton,   Hibbert,   Logan, North Easthope, South Easthope Mornington and Stratford were added in 1854, with Stratford withdrawing in 1885. St Marys, Ontario was added in 1855 when it separated from Blanshard but withdrew in 1865 Elma was added in 1857 Wallace was added in 1858 Listowel, Ontario was incorporated in 1866. Mitchell, Ontario was incorporated in 1873.
